Feeling like you need a bit of a detox after the Christmas and New Year Break? These Cranberry & Cacao Detox Bites are the perfect great tasting snack, nice but not naughty!
You will need:
- 1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
- 15 Dates
- 1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1/4 Cup Raw Cacao Powder
- 2 Tsp Coconut Oil
- 1 Bar of Cacao Kapow (or any other Raw Cacao Bar)
- Handful of Dried Cranberries to Decorate
Combine all ingredients (apart from the bar of Raw Cacao) in a food processor until you get a dough-like consistency. Then roll the mixture into balls – this recipe makes about 12.
Next, melt the Raw Cacao (only lightly – you don’t want to loose the goodness) and spoon a small amount onto each ball. Finish by decorating with a Dried Cranbery while the Cacao is still wet.
Transfer to the fridge until set and these extremely detoxifying energy bites are ready to eat!
